A picture is worth a thousand words in the building and development industries, some projects will never get built simply because the decision makers cannot understand the designer’s vision. A loose sketch or floor plan is difficult for the majority of these city planners, investors, neighbors and prospective buyers to understand.
Focus 360 combines the art of storytelling with modern technology to create the tools builders and developers need to have their projects approved. Digital illustrations, cinematic animations and interactive software take the guesswork out of interpreting blue prints. Using state-of-the-art computer systems, Focus 360’s architects, artists and programmers convert blue prints and specifications into 3-dimensional models that can be viewed from any angle. Charlotte Wiederholt of Tangram Studio in collaboration with the owners of Focus 360 and Ware Malcomb, created a unique work environment for their animators and programmers. Kirsten Kulmer, designer in Santa Ana created the café style environment to their break room area and selected a color palette and furniture for a relaxing work environment. Steelcase Leap chairs were featured in the offices; as well Details work tools in the custom Studio workstations. The custom doors to the offices were designed by the owner himself with a pulley system that is functional and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
