Global Management Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing Company, Accenture transforms it’s offices from a traditional high-paneled workstation quiet office to a highly interactive, high-energy hoteling environment.
Tangram was brought in to work with Accenture and Clive Wilkinson Architects to combine the cutting edge design of Clive Wilkinson with the cutting edge products available from Steelcase and Steelcase subsidiary Metropolitan Furniture for the Los Angeles area Accenture offices located in El Segundo, California.
The result was a successful cultural shift from outside consultants using personal workstations full time (and used only part time) to an environment that uses reserved offices when office time is required. Accenture experienced not only a vast real estate savings due to the transformation but a more interactive environment by lowering the barriers between stations so that the consultants share knowledge instead of keeping it behind high workstation panels.
This project consists of 37 private offices, 66 workstations, 14 executive assistant workstations, 5 conference rooms, 3 huddle rooms and a spa area.
