The company is among the largest builders in California with clients including Google, Apple, Samsung, Brookfield Properties, University of California, and Oracle.

When Webcor began planning the move to their brand new Downtown Los Angeles office, JK & Co engaged Tangram to provide furniture for executive private offices, the open workspace, meeting rooms, and the war room. With their previous office primarily made up of private offices, they hoped for a cost-effective and stylish space with heigh-adjustable workstations and ergonomic storage options.

With this in mind, Tangram provided height-adjustable AMQ Activ workstations for private offices and Steelcase Migration workstations for the open area, all finished with a natural wood finish and white base. Each workstation was paired with Steelcase Universal Storage in white and Steelcase Series 2 task chairs in black. Color was introduced in the break room, with West Elm Slope counter stools in Saddle Leather and SitOnIt Mika bar stools in Jungle Green. As for the conference and meeting rooms, various sizes of Steelcase Verlay conference and meeting tables were provided. Webcor was open to experimenting with non-traditional meeting rooms, so Steelcase Campfire Lounge was paired with a variety of barstools, standing-height tables, flexible laptop tables and ottomans to offer a variety of seating options and more room for creativity and innovation.

Overall, Webcor was extremely satisfied with their clean and fully height-adjustable space that supports various work styles and needs.
