At Tangram Interiors, our mission is to curate destinations that empower people to work, learn and heal. The root of our mission starts at home. We strongly believe that a sense of belonging and shared community is imperative to a healthy workplace culture. At Tangram, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is about recognizing, respecting, understanding and honoring the similarities and differences between the members of our corporate family.


We believe the beauty of diversity enriches all of us. By definition, a Tangram is a puzzle that consists of multiple differently shaped pieces that are placed together to form a solid shape. Just like those puzzle pieces, our employees are all unique and come together in our different shapes, sizes and abilities to form one greater cohesive picture.

DIVERSITY GOALS AND PROGRAMS

Our DEI Roadmap – outlined below – highlights the steps we will continue to take in order to improve on our diversity and inclusion metrics and integrate DEI best practices into our business operations. Our approach is simple: Focus. Incorporate. Collaborate.
FOCUS
We are focused on developing a deeper pipeline of diverse and extraordinary candidates while fostering an inclusive culture that supports them once they become employees. We are intentionally seeking out talent that reflects the rich diversity of the communities where we are located, and we actively recruit from spaces that offer access to talent from underrepresented communities.
INCORPORATE
We are intentionally building our DEI team with a structure that removes barriers and permits implementation more quickly. We continue to educate our employees about unconscious bias and the impact it has on our operations. We also focus our efforts on fair, equitable and sustainable systems in our business and support similar goals within our communities.
COLLABORATE
We are connecting communities to one another to create a sense of belonging and fostering access to opportunity to join us on our mission. The voluntary, employee-led community groups that promote a diverse, inclusive workplace. They offer employees connection and create a forum for employees who share common interests and goals to work with and support one another.

Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.Improve education, awareness-raising and human and institutional capacity on climate change mitigation, adaptation, impact reduction and early warning.
