Andrea Kaleps is a Business Partnership Leader with over 9 years of business development experience in commercial interiors. Andra is a skilled relationship builder, strategic planner, problem solver, active listener, dot connector, and party starter who thinks outside the box. Her multifaceted talents have helped her better serve clients, including the Writer's Guild of America, Honda, Viking River Cruises, and Munger Tolles & Ollson.  

Andra received her Bachelor of Science in Geology from Ohio Wesleyan University (She rocks!)

Her first job was running the snack bar at her local pool, where she worked for 12 summers and was quickly promoted to General Pool Manager. She is the youngest of 5 daughters, was born an aunt, and loves to play Tetris.
