Ingredients:
‍Boursin Cheese (room temp) or any soft spreadable cheese
Fig Jam
Pomegranate seeds
Pistachios (roughly chopped)
Honey or Hot Honey
Rosemary for garnish
Crackers

‍Instructions:
‍Spread cheese over a plate or platter. Make sure the cheese is room temperature, so it spreads easily.

Spread jam over cheese.

Roughly chop pistachios to desired size and sprinkle on top.

Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top.

Drizzle honey and use rosemary for garnish.

Use crackers to scoop up the spread and enjoy!
