The company needed to create a 25,000-square-foot workspace in Frisco that would serve as home base for 220 employees across diverse functions including finance, accounting, product revenue, technology services, marketing, and customer service.
The challenge went beyond simply furnishing an office space. McAfee needed an environment that would reflect their innovative brand while supporting the varied work styles of teams spanning from analytical finance professionals to creative marketing specialists. The space had to foster collaboration across departments while providing the flexibility and wellness features that today's workforce expects, particularly in the competitive Texas tech market where attracting and retaining talent is paramount.

The design team carefully curated ancillary pieces from premium brands including Steelcase, Blu Dot, Design Public Group, and Naughtone, selecting rich textures and tones that complemented McAfee's brand identity. Each furniture selection was intentional, creating cohesive zones that would support different work modes while maintaining visual consistency throughout the expansive floor plan.
