The challenge was transforming this expansive office into a cohesive environment that would energize over 100 employees while staying true to Ria's vibrant brand identity.
Ria's leadership team had a clear vision but needed expert execution. They wanted a workspace that felt fresh and contemporary, incorporating their signature orange and blue colors without overwhelming the space. Most importantly, they needed a design partner who could handle the complete transformation—furniture, flooring, and architectural elements—while ensuring the final result would support their collaborative culture and high-energy business environment.

Tangram embraced Ria's trust and developed a comprehensive design strategy that balanced boldness with sophistication. The team created a palette anchored in natural, clean finishes that served as a foundation for strategic pops of Ria's vibrant orange and rich blue throughout the space. Every element was carefully considered, from ergonomic workstation systems that support daily productivity to thoughtfully designed lounge areas that encourage informal collaboration.
The flooring strategy became a key storytelling element, featuring dynamic patterns with muted tones designed specifically for high-traffic environments. For the centerpiece conference room, Tangram specified Steelcase Light Scale Glass Walls, creating a stunning focal point that maintains visual connection while providing acoustic separation. This solution reinforced Ria's open, connected culture while ensuring their leadership team had the privacy needed for strategic discussions.
