1. First, what is your name and job title?

Ronda Brantley - Project Scheduler

2. Where is your hometown and where do you live now?

Dallas, TX currently reside in Ferris, TX

3. What type of company did you work at previously and what was your role there?

In my previous roles, I worked with companies in logistics, transportation, construction, and project services. For example, at Tuff Shed, I served as an Installation Coordinator, where I scheduled and coordinated installations with customers, vendors, and subcontractors. Before that, I worked with Crete Carrier Corp as a Driver Support Assistant, providing administrative and compliance support to drivers and management. I also spent time as a Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher with a trucking company, where I managed scheduling, driver communication, and freight deliveries.

Across all of these roles, my focus has been on project coordination, scheduling, customer service, and keeping operations running smoothly

4. What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?

My weekend aren't that exciting at all! I like to grab a great book or catch up on a mini series.

5. When people visit your town, what are the top local spot(s) you recommend to them?

My town is known for the many antique stores we have as well as the new Mexican restaurant Amigos Place. There's not a dish they serve that isn't full of authentic taste!

6. What's a topic you wish you knew more about or a skill you want to learn/improve?

A topic I’d like to grow in is leadership and team development. I’ve had experience training and supporting staff, and I’d like to build on those skills to prepare for taking on more supervisory or leadership responsibilities in the future

7. Tell us about the best or most memorable meal you've cooked or eaten! What made it special?

The most memorable I've eaten came from my mother and it didn't matter what she cooked. I lost her in 2021 so I have to cook those meals myself now for my friends and family.
