Xmas 2020: Prime rib roast w/ chimichurri, maple roasted carrots, and scalloped potatoes with onions and fennel. So. Good.

8. What is your favorite memory from the past year?

My trip back to New Orleans for my annual crawfish boil.

Looking forward to some amazing projects that push the limits of what I know. I hope I can help streamline the project management process and keep things running smoothly.
