We're excited to welcome Michael Mims to the Tangram family as our newest Inside Sales Representative. Coming from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Michael brings a unique background from the banking industry and a genuine enthusiasm for building meaningful professional relationships.

### From Banking to Design: A Fresh Perspective

Michael's previous role in a Management and Leadership Trainee Program at a bank holding company overseeing 12 chartered banks has equipped him with valuable skills in client relations and business development. This financial services background offers a different lens on commercial projects—understanding budgets, timelines, and the business decisions that drive design investments.

"I'm looking forward to meeting and working with passionate and inspiring people that I can learn a lot from," Michael shares. "I'm also excited about learning the industry and finding a successful career with a great company."
