### Proven Track Record in Territory Management
Ramirez brings substantial experience in business development and territory management to her new role. Most recently, she served as territory manager for Milliken & Company, where she covered Orange County and the Inland Empire markets. Milliken & Company is a diversified provider of specialty chemicals, floor coverings, and performance materials.
Prior to her role at Milliken, Ramirez worked in business development throughout Orange County for Exemplis, a specialized made-to-order seating manufacturer. This experience gives her valuable insight into the custom furniture segment that many commercial design projects require.
