# Meet Our Team: Adrian Flores Brings Fresh Energy to Flooring Customer Service

We're excited to introduce Adrian Flores, who recently joined our Flooring team as Customer Service Representative. Adrian brings valuable experience from the fashion industry, where she worked as Customer Service Representative and Sales Admin for designer Tadashi Shoji.

## From Fashion to Flooring

Adrian's background in processing sales orders, managing product allocation, and handling international shipping documents translates perfectly to the commercial flooring industry. Her experience with invoice processing and account maintenance provides a solid foundation for supporting our design professionals and clients.

"I previously worked for fashion designer Tadashi Shoji, handling everything from incoming sales orders to international shipping documents," Adrian explains. "I'm excited to apply these skills in a new industry."

## Getting to Know Adrian

A Santa Fe Springs native, Adrian brings personality and perspective to our team. When she's not supporting flooring projects, you'll find her planning her dream vacation to Fiji or perfecting her chef salad recipe in the kitchen.

When asked what she'd be if she were an animal, Adrian chose a bird "so I could fly" – fitting for someone who loves travel planning. Her practical side shows too: she picked chef salad as her go-to meal because "it has many different toppings, so I could eat different items each day and stay healthy."

## Looking Ahead

Adrian is enthusiastic about diving into the commercial design world. "I'm looking forward to becoming very knowledgeable in the industry as well as being a strong support to my team and sales force," she says.

While her childhood dream was working in advertising, Adrian has found her calling in customer service, where she can make a direct impact on client experiences.
