# Meet the Team: Angelina Facundo Brings Decade of Experience to Tangram's Customer Service
We're excited to introduce the latest addition to our Tangram family: **Angelina Facundo**, who has joined our Customer Service team at our Santa Fe Springs location. With nearly ten years of experience in the commercial furniture industry, including her previous role as Director of Customer Service at Cherryman Industries, Angelina brings both expertise and genuine passion for helping clients navigate their furniture needs.
Her customer-focused approach and deep industry knowledge make her a natural fit for our team's commitment to exceptional service. We sat down with Angelina to learn more about her background, interests, and what she's most excited about in her new role.
## Getting to Know Angelina
**What's your professional background?** I spent nearly a decade at Cherryman Industries, a commercial office furniture company, where I worked my way up to Director of Customer Service. That experience gave me a solid foundation in understanding both the technical aspects of commercial furniture and what clients really need from their service team.
**What's something you recently accomplished that you're proud of?** I was able to help start a family business, which was something I'd always wanted to cross off my bucket list. It's incredibly fulfilling to build something from the ground up.
**Tell us about your favorite meal.** Chilean sea bass with mashed potatoes – the fish has this amazing buttery texture that just melts in your mouth. It's comfort food at its finest.
**If you could have lunch with anyone famous, who would it be?** Jimmy Fallon! I'd love to challenge him to a lip sync battle. I think we'd have a great time, and his energy is just infectious.
## Looking Forward at Tangram
**What are you most excited about in your new role?** I'm really looking forward to expanding my knowledge within the contract furniture industry. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, which keeps the work interesting and engaging.
**What do you hope to bring to the team?** My passion for the office furniture industry and my genuine desire to help others. I believe great customer service comes from truly caring about solving problems and making people's experiences as smooth as possible.
