## Welcome Back, Carey Mundo

We're thrilled to announce that **Carey Mundo** has returned to Tangram as a Designer! After eight successful years with our team and an adventurous chapter in the San Francisco Bay Area, Carey brings back a wealth of experience and her signature fresh perspective.

Carey's journey extends far beyond commercial design. You might recognize her from the hit reality show *Naked and Afraid*, where she demonstrated remarkable survival skills and resilience. These qualities translate beautifully into her design work, where she approaches challenges with creativity and adaptability.

## Getting to Know Carey

**Hometown:** Chino Hills, California

**Professional Background:** Eight years as a Designer at Tangram, followed by valuable experience in the Bay Area market

**Unique Talents:** Self-proclaimed comedian with a knack for finding humor in any situation (even if she's sometimes the only one laughing)

## Beyond the Design Studio

Carey's adventurous spirit shows up in unexpected ways. She's willing to try almost any food – including rattlesnake – but draws the line at karaoke. When asked about her desert island essentials, her *Naked and Afraid* experience shines through: a knife, shoes, and a pot. Practical choices from someone who knows what really matters.

If Carey were to throw a party, expect a whimsical "Dinosaurs and Unicorns" theme with her daughter as the guest of honor – a perfect reflection of her playful creativity.

## What This Means for Our Team

Carey's return represents more than just welcoming back a familiar face. Her time away has given her exposure to different markets, design trends, and client needs. This expanded perspective, combined with her deep understanding of Tangram's culture and values, positions her to bring innovative solutions to our projects.

Her survival skills and humor aren't just interesting personal traits – they're professional assets. In commercial design, projects often require quick thinking, adaptability, and the ability to keep teams motivated through challenges. Carey excels in all these areas.

## Looking Forward

As Carey settles back into her role, we're excited to see how her fresh perspective will influence our upcoming projects. Her blend of proven design expertise, diverse life experiences, and creative problem-solving approach makes her a valuable addition to any project team.

Welcome back, Carey! We're thrilled to have you home at Tangram.
