We're excited to welcome **Chelsea Sheehan** to the Tangram family as our new Customer Service Representative. With her background as a Project Coordinator at Western Office Interiors, Chelsea brings valuable industry experience and a fresh perspective to our team.
## From Project Coordination to Customer Service
Chelsea's transition from project coordination gives her a unique understanding of the commercial design process from multiple angles. At Western Office Interiors, she managed projects from contract signature through completion—placing orders, tracking shipments, coordinating with manufacturers, scheduling installations, and handling punch lists. This comprehensive experience positions her perfectly to anticipate client needs and streamline our service delivery.
"I'm looking forward to being involved in the quoting process at Tangram," Chelsea shares. "Being part of projects from the very beginning will give me a deeper understanding of both the products and the complete project lifecycle."
## Beyond the Office
When she's not improving workflows and supporting our clients, Chelsea is an avid traveler and history enthusiast. She recently fulfilled a major bucket list item with a two-week European adventure through Iceland, Spain, Italy, and Germany. "We stayed in hostels, ate incredible local food, and witnessed so much history in such a short time," she recalls.
Chelsea's adventurous spirit extends to physical challenges too—she conquered the steep Koko Head hike in Hawaii during peak summer heat, reaching the abandoned WWII bunker at the summit for breathtaking ocean views.

As a devoted Foo Fighters fan, you'll find Chelsea front row at Cal Jam every year. Her dream lunch companion? Dave Grohl himself, to discuss the inspiration and passion behind the music that connects with her so deeply.
