# Meet the Team: Glenn Lyon Brings Installation Expertise to Tangram
We're excited to introduce Glenn Lyon, who recently joined our Fresno team as Project Manager. With his unique background in industrial installations and natural ability to connect with people, Glenn is already making his mark on our project delivery approach.
## From Agricultural Equipment to Commercial Interiors
Glenn's journey to commercial design took an interesting path. After graduating from Fresno Pacific University in 2013 with a Communications degree, he spent years as an Installation Lead at Packline Technologies, where he managed the installation of complex packing house equipment that processes fruits and vegetables from field to store.
"I'm looking forward to learning a totally new industry and being able to contribute experience from a different industry into my role at Tangram," Glenn explains. This cross-industry perspective brings valuable insights to our installation processes and client relationships.
## Getting to Know Glenn: Ten Questions
We sat down with Glenn to learn more about what makes him tick:
**What's something you recently crossed off your bucket list?** "I caught a marlin in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico last April on my honeymoon."
**How would you describe your favorite food?** "A perfectly grilled circular patty of ground beef between two buns topped with cheese, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and the more condiments the better!" (Glenn takes his burgers seriously.)
**If you could have lunch with anyone famous, who would it be?** "Seth Rogan, just because I think our conversations would be hilarious."
**What's the bravest thing you've ever done?** "I once fought off a bear from stealing the food at our campsite. My wife says it was the dog from the next campsite over, but who really knows." (We're going with the bear story.)
**How many donuts can you eat in one sitting?** "That all depends on how much milk I have. If I have a glass of milk, probably 2 or 3. If I have a gallon of milk, keep the donuts coming!"
## What Glenn Brings to Commercial Design Projects
Glenn's experience managing complex industrial installations translates directly to the commercial design world. His background gives him a unique understanding of:

"I'm hoping to bring my welcoming personality to the team and build relationships with our clients, installation teams, and everyone here at Tangram," Glenn says. "I want to use my past knowledge and experience as an installation lead to help installations go as smoothly as possible."
