Gregg's career journey showcases the versatility that makes him such a valuable addition to our team. His experience spans from large-scale institutional projects with Turner Construction—where he built schools for the Los Angeles Unified School District—to intimate residential work with a specialty firm focused on remodels, additions, and custom homes.
This diverse background gives Gregg a unique perspective on construction challenges across different scales and project types, making him perfectly positioned to tackle the varied flooring projects that come through Tangram's doors.
## Beyond the Job Site
When he's not managing construction projects, Gregg channels his leadership skills into coaching youth baseball. Over the past four years, he's guided his son's team to three Pony World Series appearances—a testament to his ability to motivate teams and achieve ambitious goals.
A Valencia, California native, Gregg is a devoted LA Rams fan who dreams of hosting a tailgate party with head coach Sean McVay as the guest of honor. His go-to karaoke song? "Thunderstruck" by AC/DC—because as he puts it, "it has great energy and keeps the party going."
