# Welcome Holly Wachter to the Tangram Team
We're thrilled to introduce **Holly Wachter**, who has joined our Flooring team as a Customer Service Representative. After dedicating 11 years to raising her family while bartending part-time, Holly is ready to dive back into her professional career with the enthusiasm and determination that makes her such a natural fit for our team.
## From Construction Coordination to Customer Service
Holly brings valuable industry experience from her previous role as Construction Coordinator at Fite Development. Now, she's excited to channel that construction background into supporting our flooring clients and contributing to Tangram's continued growth.
## Getting to Know Holly: Our Ten Questions
**What's your hometown story?** Born in Ohio, Holly moved to York, Pennsylvania at age 12 and considers it home. She relocated to California in 2002, bringing that East Coast work ethic to the West Coast.
**What's something you recently crossed off your bucket list?** "I've always wanted a swimming pool in my backyard! Two years ago that became a reality, complete with a water slide and swim up bar."
**Tell us about your favorite food.** Holly's passion for traditional Italian cooking runs deep. Her specialty is Cappelletti, a family recipe passed down from her father's Italian grandmother. "It's an Italian soup made in chicken-like broth with homemade dough balls wrapped around a paste made from crackers, eggs, gizzards, liver and spices. Everyone I explain it to doesn't even want to try it!"
**Dream lunch companion?** "Zac Efron. Yes, I know I'm old enough to be his mom, but come on, he is so adorable! Although lunch probably wouldn't be a good idea because I would NOT be able to eat a thing."
**What excites you most about joining Tangram?** "The challenge and the opportunity to grow professionally. Professional development is something that has been put on the back burner for me, however it has always remained important. I'm so happy to be back in the professional world!"
**What's the bravest thing you've ever done?** Holly's backpacking adventures are legendary. She and her husband have tackled Yosemite (including climbing Half Dome), scared off bears with pot-banging, helped fight forest fires in the middle of the night, and even backpacked through Alaska. Talk about adventure!
**Donut capacity?** "If they are Dunkin Donuts, zero! My husband works for Starbucks. Any other kind, I can handle one."
**What will you bring to the Tangram team?** "I'm a team player. I will bring a positive attitude, passion, enthusiasm and determination to the Tangram team!"
