Hope brings extensive experience from her previous roles at Milliken and Exemplis, where she honed her skills in relationship building and business development within the commercial design industry.
## Getting to Know Hope
Hope's Louisiana roots shine through in her love for authentic Cajun cuisine—she describes it as "spicy with unique cultural flavors that will amuse your taste buds." When she's not exploring local food scenes, you'll find her planning her next travel adventure. Her recent honeymoon to Italy's Amalfi Coast, Rome, Florence, and Tuscany provided inspiration that she's eager to share with the team.
**Her biggest accomplishment?** Raising a child as a single parent, which she calls both her "biggest challenge and greatest reward."
## What Hope Brings to Tangram
Hope's approach to business development centers on authentic relationship building. She's particularly excited about promoting Tangram's comprehensive service portfolio while expanding her professional network within Southern California's thriving commercial design market.
"I'm looking forward to utilizing my existing relationships and skill set while learning alongside what I believe is not only the best sales team in SoCal, but in the industry," Hope shares.
Her goals are straightforward: deliver solid sales growth, expand client relationships, and serve as a valuable resource for growing the Tangram brand across all market segments.

When asked about her dream lunch companion, Hope chose Oprah Winfrey. "She's overcome tremendous adversity to become one of the most powerful women in the world. I'd love to hear about her journey and discuss her philanthropy projects."
And yes, she admits to having a weakness for donuts—"too many" when pressed for specifics.
