We're excited to welcome **Humberto Garcia** to the Tangram family as our newest Installation Foreman. With over 25 years of industry experience, Humberto brings a wealth of knowledge and a laid-back approach that will strengthen our installation team.
### Experience That Counts
Humberto's career in commercial interiors spans more than two decades, including 16 years at G/M Business Interiors in a similar role. His journey began with Steelcase in 1990, and he later expanded his expertise working with Herman Miller. This diverse background across major industry players gives him unique insights into different installation methodologies and client expectations.
"I'm looking forward to succeeding in this role and building strong relationships with my coworkers," says Humberto, who hails from Rialto, California.
### Beyond the Job Site
When we asked Humberto about his priorities, his answer reflected the values we appreciate at Tangram. If he won the lottery, his first move would be to "thank God and take care of my kids, get them to college," followed by investing in property. This family-first mindset and practical approach to planning align perfectly with our team culture.
Humberto describes himself as someone who likes to "just chill" – comparing himself to a cat for their relaxed nature. His favorite food? Mango, for its exceptional flavor. And true to his easygoing personality, his most-used emoji is the classic happy face.

Interestingly, Humberto's current role represents the fulfillment of a childhood dream. When asked about his dream job growing up, he simply said: "Being a lead and a foreman." It's not often you meet someone who's achieved exactly what they set out to do, and that kind of intentionality shows in his work.
