A Southern California native from Laguna Niguel, Karlee brings fresh energy and a communications background that perfectly complements our commitment to exceptional client service.
Karlee recently graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, where she honed the interpersonal skills that are essential in commercial furniture sales. Her previous experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Athletes to Careers gave her valuable exposure to relationship-building and strategic outreach—skills that translate seamlessly to the contract furniture industry.

**What draws you most to your new role at Tangram?** "I'm genuinely excited to dive deep into the contract furniture industry. There's so much to learn about how design impacts workplace culture and productivity. I know this career path will bring incredible experiences and growth opportunities."
**If you won the lottery tomorrow, what's your first move?** "I'd buy a beachfront house overlooking the ocean. Growing up in Orange County, the coast has always been my happy place."
**Speaking of the ocean—if you were any animal, what would you choose?** "A blue whale might sound like an unusual choice, but they're the most majestic creatures on the planet. Plus, I love everything about ocean life."
**What's your go-to comfort food?** "Pasta, hands down. It's delicious, fun to eat, and incredibly versatile. You can't go wrong with all those shapes and sauce combinations."
**What did you dream of becoming as a kid?** "A country singer—quite different from furniture sales, but both involve connecting with people and telling stories."
**What qualities do you hope to bring to the Tangram team?** "I pride myself on being a strong team player with unwavering positivity. I believe resilience and the drive to succeed are contagious, and I want to inspire and encourage my colleagues every day."
