We're thrilled to welcome Lily Gomez to the Tangram family as our new Sales Executive for the Bakersfield office. With her background at Pacific Workplaces, a dynamic coworking and shared workspace company, Lily brings fresh perspective and energy to our growing team.
When she's not transforming commercial spaces, you'll find Lily pursuing her passion for geology or hunting down the perfect authentic Mexican carne asada taco. Her innovative mindset and natural enthusiasm make her an ideal fit for bringing Tangram's collaborative culture to Bakersfield businesses.

**What's your hometown?** Bakersfield, California
**Tell us about your previous role.** I worked for Pacific Workplaces, an awesome coworking and shared workspace company that really opened my eyes to how thoughtful design can transform the way people work.
**If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you do first?** I'd pay off my house, buy a cabin in the mountains, and put the rest in savings. Then I'd keep doing exactly what I'm doing now because I love this work.
**If you were an animal, which would you choose?** Definitely a fox. They're fast, clever, and represent a strong connection to nature—qualities I try to bring to everything I do.
**One food for the rest of your life?** Authentic Mexican carne asada tacos on corn tortillas, topped with chopped onions, cilantro, lime, and red salsa. No question.
**What excites you most about joining Tangram?** Bringing Tangram's unique culture to Bakersfield businesses. I'm excited to join the local team and contribute something fresh to our market.
**What was your childhood dream job?** Geologist. I've always been fascinated by rocks and minerals, especially the geological processes that shaped our earth. Fun fact: As a kid, I used to bury rocks in my backyard just to dig them up weeks later.
**Most-used emoji?** The wink emoji. I can be a bit of a smart aleck with friends and family, but it's always playful. The wink softens the message so nobody gets mad at me.
**What do you hope to bring to the Tangram team?** Outside-the-box thinking and creative brainstorming. Most importantly, I'm bringing energy and strategic thinking. Y'all get ready!
