# Tangram Ten: Martha Parra

## Meet Our Newest Project Manager

We're thrilled to welcome **Martha Parra** to the Tangram team as our newest Project Manager. Martha brings valuable experience from her previous role as Senior Project Manager at a sign company, along with an enthusiasm for learning and a positive attitude that already feels like a natural fit for our culture.

## Getting to Know Martha

A Perris, California native, Martha is someone who believes in bringing authenticity to everything she does—whether that's managing complex projects or cooking up authentic Mexican cuisine (which she's passionate about and excellent at, we're told).

Here's what else we discovered about Martha through our traditional Tangram Ten questions:

**Dream purchase if she won the lottery?** A house—practical and grounded, just like her approach to project management.

**Her spirit animal?** A dog, because she loves to cuddle and connect with others. It's this warmth that makes her such an effective collaborator.

**Go-to comfort food?** Mexican food, especially since she knows how to cook it herself. There's something to be said for someone who masters the fundamentals.

**Childhood dream job?** Acting—which explains her natural ability to communicate and adapt to different personalities and situations.

## What Martha Brings to Commercial Design

In project management, especially in commercial interior design, the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts while maintaining clear communication is essential. Martha's background in signage projects has given her experience managing timelines, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring quality delivery—all skills that translate perfectly to interior design projects.

What excites her most about joining Tangram? **Learning something new.** In an industry that's constantly evolving with new materials, technologies, and design approaches, having team members who are genuinely curious and eager to grow is invaluable.

## The Human Side of Project Management

Martha's combination of professional experience and personal warmth reflects what we value most in commercial design: the understanding that behind every project are real people working in real spaces. Her collaborative spirit and positive attitude will undoubtedly contribute to creating environments that don't just function well, but feel welcoming too.

Welcome to the team, Martha! We're looking forward to seeing how your fresh perspective and proven experience will enhance our project delivery and client relationships.
