## Meet Our Newest Team Member: Sarah Eckberg
We're excited to introduce Sarah Eckberg, who has joined our Santa Fe Springs team as Customer Service Representative. Sarah brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving that makes her a perfect fit for our commercial design environment.
**Educational Background & Experience**
Sarah graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Communication—a background that gives her valuable insight into visual design principles that serve our commercial clients well. Most recently, she honed her organizational and analytical skills at Trader Joe's, where she managed inventory ordering for an entire product category, tracking daily sales data to optimize stock levels.
**Getting to Know Sarah**
Originally from Rockford, Illinois, Sarah moved to Placentia, California at age eight and has called Southern California home ever since. When she's not working, you'll find her with Wrigley, her two-year-old pit bull named after Chicago's famous baseball stadium. According to Sarah, Wrigley has some quirky habits—he loves ice cubes, fears lint rollers, and often claims half the bed.
Sarah's approach to challenges is refreshingly practical. When asked what she'd want on a desert island, her answer was simple: "A phone, hotspot, and charger so I could Google how to survive." This resourceful mindset translates well to customer service, where creative problem-solving is essential.
**What Excites Sarah About Commercial Design**
In her new role, Sarah is most looking forward to mastering new skills and finding ways to maximize efficiency—exactly the kind of continuous improvement mindset that benefits our commercial design clients. Her goal is to bring both accuracy and innovative thinking to streamline processes.

Sarah's culinary adventures have included trying dove prepared by a friend who hunted and cooked it himself (verdict: surprisingly good). If she were to throw a party, it would definitely be a fiesta featuring the world's best taco chef—because who doesn't appreciate good food and celebration?
One thing you won't see Sarah doing: karaoke. She prefers to be the enthusiastic audience member cheering others on.
