We're excited to introduce Victoria Khoury, our newest Purchasing Administrator at Tangram! Victoria brings a fresh perspective and international flair to our team, along with the organizational skills that keep our projects running smoothly.
## Getting to Know Victoria
Victoria's journey to Tangram has been an interesting one. Born in Amman, Jordan, she later made Fullerton, California her home base before earning her Business Administration degree from Chapman University. Her most recent role as Marketing Assistant at FEAST Enterprises—a franchisee company managing Jack in the Box, Corner Bakery, and Denny's locations—gave her valuable experience in customer communication, social media management, and new product rollouts.
**Fun fact:** Victoria has some unique talents that might come in handy during office presentations—she can move both her eyebrows and her ears independently. Not your typical resume skill, but definitely memorable!
## What Victoria Brings to Commercial Design
In the fast-paced world of commercial interior design, having a skilled purchasing administrator is crucial. Victoria understands this responsibility and is eager to master the systematic approach to purchase orders while building relationships with our vendor network and design team.
"I'm looking forward to growing with the company through understanding purchase orders systematically, and getting to know more of the wonderful people that work here," Victoria shares.
## Beyond the Office
When she's not coordinating purchases and managing vendor relationships, you might find Victoria at karaoke night belting out "I Want it That Way" by the Backstreet Boys. Her reasoning? "How could you not belt that out when it comes on?!"
Victoria's adventurous spirit shows in other ways too. When asked about survival skills, she's thought it through: if stranded on an island, she'd want someone to talk with ("so I don't die of boredom"), a bow and arrow for hunting, and a flare gun for rescue signals. Practical and social—exactly what you want in a team member.
As for culinary adventures, Victoria admits she "almost" tried a camel burger but "chickened out" at the last minute. We appreciate her honesty!
