The Azoff Company Event Space
Understanding what drives the need for change
The Azoff Company’s Los Angeles event space was designed as an entertainment suite—not a workplace, but a destination for culture, connection, and storytelling. The goal was to create an environment that could host everything from intimate listening sessions to high-profile events, all while expressing the company’s identity in a subtle, experiential way.
The challenge was to deliver a space that felt cinematic, warm, and effortlessly elevated, without relying on traditional office elements. Every area—from the listening lounge to the bar, dining room, and terrace—needed to support multiple modes of use while maintaining a cohesive, hospitality-driven aesthetic. Furniture needed to play a central role in defining each environment—bringing flexibility, comfort, and a refined sense of identity to the space.
How we brought the vision to life
Tangram partnered with M Moser Associates to deliver a highly curated, hospitality-driven furniture solution that supports flexibility, comfort, and immersive experience across every zone.
Our approach focused on creating layered, residential-inspired environments using a mix of premium, tactile materials and sculptural forms. In the dining and conference areas, statement pieces like the Andreu World marble conference table paired with RH Padau dining chairs establish a refined, elevated setting for gatherings, while integrated power solutions support modern functionality .
The listening lounge was designed as a fully immersive experience, anchored by a Restoration Hardware Maxwell modular sectional in indigo velvet, complemented by Crate & Barrel marble drink tables and soft accent pieces that support both comfort and acoustics . These selections reinforce the lounge’s role as a space for deep listening and intimate connection.
Across open lounge areas, we layered in a mix of Restoration Hardware Copenhagen sofas, Blu Dot seating, and Four Hands tables and casegoods, creating rich, textural environments that feel more like a high-end residence than a workplace. Rugs from Ben Soleimani and Ernesta further ground each space, adding warmth and cohesion throughout .
The bar and social zones were activated with pieces like Designform Quentin stools and black marble café tables, encouraging natural gathering and flow. Meanwhile, the outdoor terrace extends the interior experience with Restoration Hardware teak seating, Gloster dining tables, and Tuuci umbrellas, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle that is distinctly Los Angeles .
Every selection was made with flexibility in mind—allowing the space to easily transition between events, meetings, and social gatherings while maintaining a consistent, elevated aesthetic.
