Understanding what drives the need for change
Wpromote, a leading digital marketing agency, faced a pivotal decision that many companies grappled with during the shift to hybrid work: how to dramatically reduce their physical footprint while actually enhancing the employee experience. The company needed to shrink from a sprawling 25,000-square-foot headquarters with 200 dedicated workstations to a nimble 12,000-square-foot space that could serve their evolving workforce.
The challenge wasn't just about fitting into a smaller space—it was about reimagining how their team would work together. Wpromote needed a workspace that could seamlessly support both in-person collaboration and remote connectivity, where employees could touchdown when they needed to be onsite but never feel constrained by traditional office limitations. The space had to be as dynamic and creative as the digital campaigns they crafted for their clients, with technology integration that felt intuitive rather than overwhelming.
How we brought the vision to life
Tangram partnered with Studio Blitz to transform Wpromote's vision into reality through a carefully orchestrated design approach that put employee choice at the center. Rather than creating a traditional office layout, the team designed a variety of purposeful zones—each equipped with the technology and furniture to support different work modes throughout the day. The Steelcase Flex system became the backbone of the workspace transformation, providing Personal Spaces, adaptable workstations, and Active Frames that maintained an open, airy feel while offering privacy when needed.
The technology integration told a story of seamless connectivity. A stunning 135-inch dvLED display anchored the all-hands space, serving both as a presentation platform for company meetings and a digital canvas showcasing Wpromote's creative work during quieter moments. Every conference room received Google Meet-certified solutions, ensuring that remote team members could participate as naturally as those gathered around the table. The design team balanced cool and warm materials throughout lounge and conference areas, creating spaces that felt both professional and inviting—a reflection of Wpromote's collaborative culture.
