Being led by a purpose drives employee engagement

Increasing engagement on every level

The report found that executive level leaders play a crucial role in engagement. Findings include that at least 75% of an engaging organization is due to top managers who create and maintain a contributive environment.

On a managerial level, greater performance-based feedback garnered greater contribution. Individually, employees contribute more when aligned with their work priorities for the next 3-6 months.
