Before joining Tangram, Andrew worked as an independent contractor for notable design firms including H. Hendy and Symmetry 8 Studios. This experience gave him firsthand exposure to how different design companies operate, providing him with a broad perspective on industry practices and client needs.

"I'm starting in a newly created role, so I look forward to helping figure out the scope of the role and also hope to bring a fresh perspective," Andrew explains about his new position at Tangram.

Though he got lost and missed dinner at proper restaurants, the experience taught him valuable lessons about independence and adaptability.
