### From Arizona to California: Andy's Journey
Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Andy now calls Santa Clarita, California home. His transition from the desert Southwest to Southern California mirrors many professionals in our industry who follow opportunities to work on diverse commercial projects.
In his previous role, Andy wore multiple hats—handling estimating, business development, and proposal writing for a tile and stone company. This comprehensive experience gives him unique insight into both the technical and business sides of commercial flooring projects.

Andy's colleagues describe him as persistent, funny, and friendly—qualities that translate well to client relationships and team collaboration.
