We're excited to introduce **Heather Hardaway**, who has joined our Dallas team as an Account Manager. With her background in sales and natural relationship-building abilities, Heather brings fresh energy and valuable experience to Tangram's growing commercial interior design practice.

### From Arkansas to Dallas: A Professional Journey

Born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Heather now calls Dallas home. Before joining Tangram, she worked as a Carrier Sales Manager for a third-party logistics company, where she developed strong client relationship skills that translate perfectly to the design industry.

"I am so excited to be learning a totally new business," Heather shares. "I hope I can bring enthusiasm and a love for building relationships both old and new."

### Beyond the Office

When she's not working with clients, you'll find Heather exploring what Dallas has to offer. Her top recommendations for visitors include the **Dallas Arboretum**, **Deep Ellum**, and the vibrant downtown district. But her favorite way to spend weekends is simple: quality time with family and friends.

"If Covid taught me anything, it's that our relationships and face-to-face time are so valuable," she reflects.

One of her most cherished recent memories was her first post-Covid family trip to Charleston, South Carolina, for a wedding that had been postponed during the pandemic.
