## Meet Lauren Rados: Tangram's Newest Administrative Assistant
We're thrilled to welcome Lauren Rados to the Tangram team as our new Administrative Assistant. With her background as Director of Operations at Newport Beach Wine & Food and previous experience as Director of Administration for USC Men's Basketball, Lauren brings a wealth of operational expertise and leadership experience to our growing practice.
A USC alumna returning to her Newport Beach roots after six years in Los Angeles, Lauren is excited to contribute her positive energy and collaborative spirit to our team's continued success.
## Getting to Know Lauren
We sat down with Lauren to learn more about her background, interests, and what she's looking forward to in her new role.
**What drew you back to Newport Beach?** After spending six years in LA, I was ready to reconnect with my hometown. There's something special about coming back to your roots, plus the food scene here is incredible – I'm excited to explore all the amazing restaurants with friends.
**Tell us about your previous experience.** Most recently, I served as Director of Operations for Newport Beach Wine & Food, where I oversaw daily operations and team coordination. Before that, I spent two years as Director of Administration for USC Men's Basketball, which taught me how to thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
**How would your colleagues describe you?** I think they'd say I'm loyal, dependable, and maintain a positive outlook even during busy periods. I believe in supporting my team and bringing consistent energy to whatever project we're tackling.
**What's your work style like?** I'm definitely more productive in the afternoons – despite my best efforts, I'm not naturally a morning person! I work best when I can dive deep into tasks and really focus on getting things organized and running smoothly.
**Any fun facts we should know?** I'm a total dog person, though I have a soft spot for kittens too. My first concert was Hilary Duff in fourth grade, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. These days, you'll most likely find me trying new restaurants with friends on weekends.
**What are you most excited about in this new role?** I'm really looking forward to learning more about the commercial design industry and becoming part of the Tangram family. My goal is to support everyone around me and bring that positive attitude every day while helping our operations run seamlessly.
