Bar/Lounge as a General Manager
4. What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?
At the comic book shop with my kids, hitting the gym with my brother or watching football. How 'bout them Cowboys!!!

Nick & Sam's, The Cedar Ridge Preserve, The Virgin Hotel, and Klyde Warren Park

Story telling
7. Tell us about the best or most memorable meal you've cooked or eaten! What made it special?
My uncle grilled a steak for me on a cast-iron skillet in his gas fireplace... best thing I've ever had. And I've visited a ton of steakhouses.
8. What is your favorite memory from the past year?
Open water snorkeling with bottle nose dolphins off the coast of Hawaii.
