Meet Samantha Barrios

Please join us in welcoming Samantha Barrios to Tangram. Samantha is joining our Tangram Construction Trades Team in Santa Fe Springs as a Project Coordinator. She enjoys the Summer weather and watching TV shows like Game of Thrones and Ted Lasso. Welcome to the team Samantha, we're happy to have you!

2. Where is your hometown and where do you live now?

Spent most of my life in Whittier; my family lived in Pico Rivera and East LA when I was younger for a bit of time.

3. What type of company did you work at previously and what was your role there?

Previously worked at Designer Resource Collection in Sales and as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks before then.

4. What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?

Most likely dancing to my favorite music and/or spending time with my close friends and family.

5. When people visit your town, what are the top local spot(s) you recommend to them?

Uptown Whittier always has something fun to do; Movies, resto-bars, flea markets.

6. What is your favorite holiday and/or season? Why?

Summer! I love soaking up the sun and spending time out and about on sunny days.

7. If we didn't have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time? 

Probably learn all of my grandmas recipes.

8. What show are you currently binge-watching? Or which show/channel is your "go-to"?

Currently binge watching Game of Thrones, but my "go-to" show is Ted Lasso.

9. Have you ever met (or want to meet) anyone famous? If so, who?

I have met Travis Barker from Blink 182 at his daughters cheer competition and ran into Miranda Cosgrove from iCarly at the movies.

10. What are you most looking forward to at Tangram and what do you hope to bring to the team?

Looking forward to meeting new people, being inspired and hoping to share and learn creative ideas among like minded individuals.
