## Meet Sayra Diaz: Our New Commercial Flooring Estimator
We're excited to introduce Sayra Diaz, who has joined Tangram's Construction Trades team as our newest Commercial Flooring Estimator. Sayra brings valuable industry experience from her previous role estimating flooring, tile, countertops, and window treatments for a specialty subcontractor.
**Getting to Know Sayra**
A California native, Sayra grew up in Montclair and now calls Ontario home. Her friends describe her as punctual, outgoing, and respectful – qualities that translate perfectly to client relationships and project coordination.
As a dedicated morning person, Sayra approaches each day with fresh energy and enthusiasm. "Mornings are a brand new day full of energy," she explains. This early-bird mentality ensures projects start on the right foot and deadlines stay on track.
**Beyond the Office**
When she's not crunching numbers on flooring estimates, Sayra enjoys exploring new places with her children (though like many of us, those adventures were put on hold during the pandemic). She's also a devoted Carlos Vives fan – so much so that she surprised her mother with tickets to his concert for her birthday.
**What Sayra Brings to Tangram**
Sayra is eager to expand her expertise across various commercial project types while contributing her years of specialized knowledge to our team. "I'm looking forward to gaining more experience in various types of projects and growing professionally," she shares. "I hope to be a reliable, fast-paced team player that offers my knowledge from years of experience."
Her combination of technical estimating skills, client-focused approach, and genuine enthusiasm for the commercial flooring industry makes her a valuable addition to our growing team.
