Previously, she served as an Operations Administrator with us, bringing valuable institutional knowledge to her new position.

Serena's personality shines through in her creative approach to life. Her favorite holiday? Halloween—where she once memorably dressed as "Student Loans attached to some poor college kid" and discovered that trick-or-treating in upscale neighborhoods yields both more candy and empathetic conversations about student debt.
Winter holds the top spot for her favorite season, and her reasoning is refreshingly practical: "You can stay way more warm very easily than you can stay cool in summer. There's only so much naked you can get."
If sleep weren't necessary, Serena would spend those extra hours visiting friends for late-night movie marathons. Her dream celebrity encounter? Meeting Johnny Depp, inspired by her love for his iconic Jack Sparrow character.
