When the company began planning the move to their new 7,700-square-foot Irvine office, they engaged Hendy as the architect and designer and Tangram for furniture curation.

Pacific Companies' leadership aimed to create a new office experience for their team, one that would provide comfort and privacy, mirroring the familiarity of working from home. The new compact office layout efficiently integrates an interconnecting stairway between employee-centric amenity areas, as well as various amenities such as a podcast room, a fireplace, and a full wine bar. To attract and retain the best and brightest employees, this setup offers a high-impact environment that serves as a destination worth commuting to.

Tangram provided furniture for the break room and engagement zone, phone rooms, entryway, executive private offices, wellness room, and open workstation area. Keeping in mind the comfortable and hospitality-centric look and feel, Tangram selected beautiful and high-end furniture with rich leathers, natural wood grains, unique textures, and pops of blue and gold throughout the space. Manufacturers sourced from include Steelcase, Restoration Hardware, Bolia, and Viccarbe. The headquarters is a luxurious oasis featuring rich materials such as natural leather, wood, and metal tile. These elements enhance the work experience and provide spaces for relaxation and collaboration.
