Mark Peters Steps Up as VP, Doubling Down on Tangram’s Bold Vision for Texas Education & Healthcare

Tangram Interiors has elevated Mark Peters to Vice President of Healthcare & Education for Texas—a move that reflects both his leadership and the firm’s growing presence in the region.

Mark steps into this role after serving as Director for the same verticals. He brings with him more than 25 years of experience and an unwavering drive to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in education and healthcare spaces.

Over the past three years, Peters has played a defining role in Tangram’s expansion into Texas, helping to grow the company’s footprint and its impact. His work has led to powerful partnerships with institutions and design leaders across the state, and his new position signals even greater momentum ahead.

“Establishing Tangram in Texas has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career,” said Peters. “We’ve earned trust, delivered meaningful projects, and built a team that’s deeply committed to doing work that matters. I’m excited to take this next step and continue shaping spaces that support learning, healing, and institutional progression.”

In his expanded role, Peters will continue to lead the charge for the healthcare and education markets across the region. He’ll also connect more closely with Tangram colleagues in other markets to share insight, spark new collaborations, and bring a wider range of capabilities to clients in Texas.

With some of the country’s largest and most forward-thinking institutions calling Texas home, the state is setting the pace for what’s next in healthcare and education. For Tangram, that means contributing to the ideas, designs, and strategies that move these sectors forward.

“Texas is one of the most dynamic places in the country for both healthcare and education,” Peters added. “There’s an energy here that matches Tangram’s spirit—and we’re ready to keep building on that momentum.”

Peters’ promotion comes at a time of growth for Tangram, with several major projects underway and a strong pipeline ahead. He remains focused on expanding the team, strengthening client relationships, and helping Tangram stand out as a design partner that truly understands the mission behind the work.
