As we transition into a post-pandemic world, the future of workplace design is being widely debated. One company at the forefront of these discussions is Tangram Interiors, one of the world's largest office furniture dealers. In an interview with Office Insight, Tangram's CEO, Joe Lozowski, stated the return to the office varies by region, company, and leadership. He emphasized the importance of creating an office environment employees want to return to, both physically and culturally. Lozowski sees a trend toward more people moving back to the office, predicting a permanent three to four workday week in the office for everyone. He identified a need for tools that create equity for those participating digitally in meetings as an area the industry is yet to adequately address.

The company, which is a flagship dealer for Steelcase, and a leading commercial interior solutions provider in Dallas-Fort Worth, hosted clients, partners and community members. The showroom opened after a 400% increase in business growth in its first year in the region.
