California-based Tangram Interiors is expanding its operations into Texas, responding to a significant customer migration to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. With a focus on healthcare and education sectors, Tangram has grown its North Texas team from 14 to 72 members and opened a regional office in Dallas. The company, specializing in creating functional spaces for work, learning, and healthcare, is also finalizing a new showroom in Dallas to showcase its innovative furniture and technology solutions.

Dallas’ East Quarter attracts commercial furniture firm Tangram’s regional HQ

Steelcase products dealer and commercial interiors firm Tangram Interiors is moving its Dallas-Fort Worth office and showroom to a 12,000 square-foot space in the 20-story 300 S. Pearl tower in Dallas' East Quarter district. The tower is part of a 20-acre redevelopment project initiated by Todd Interests in 2018. Tangram, which expanded from California to Texas in 2021, is the second company to announce plans for offices in the new high-rise. Before this move, it operated from a smaller location on Clifford Drive in Dallas. The firm's CEO, Joe Lozowski, emphasised the D-FW area's position as one of the world's fastest-growing metropolitan regions.

Originating from Montebello, CA, he recommends visitors to try Rio's Pizza. A notable personal highlight for Rodriguez was taking his son to his first Wrestlemania. As he looks forward to his new role, Rodriguez aims to enhance his technical skills and brings a strong enthusiasm and drive to the team.

Companies are using different strategies to encourage employees back to the office amid the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Strategies include offering more refreshments and amenities, social events, and updated technology in private offices and meeting rooms. There is also a focus on small meeting spaces over large conference rooms, and an emphasis on softer, more collaborative spaces and choice, flexibility, and neighborhoods.
