Meet Jonathan Hart

Jonathan Hart has rejoined Tangram to serve as a Project Manager with the Dallas Technology team, having previously worked for Tangram Tech between 2017 and 2021 offering on-site AV support for Juno Therapeutics in Seattle. Leveraging almost 20 years of experience in low voltage, security, and AV, Hart aims to foster further growth at Tangram. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, he now resides in Dallas. In addition to riding his motorcycle, Hart enjoys telling his daughter dad jokes and cooking eggs Benedict for his family. He's also a fan of band Green Day and hopes to eventually obtain triple CTS certification.

Meet Peyton Romo

Tangram's Santa Fe Springs team has welcomed a new Sales Representative, Peyton Romo. Peyton, a Laguna Niguel native, recently graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, where she was on the basketball team and worked with the Sports Medicine department as a trainer. Alongside her studies, Peyton spent summers as a Teacher’s Assistant at a Montessori school. With a passion for basketball, family and enjoying the outdoors, Peyton looks forward to immersing herself in the Tangram culture and delivering a positive and enthusiastic contribution to the team.

Meet Jose Avalos

Jose Avalos has joined the Santa Fe Springs team at Tangram as a Sales Warehouse Technician. He brings to the team maintenance experience from his previous role with LMS. Outside of work, Avalos enjoys home improvement, watching soccer and basketball, and exploring downtown Whittier. He hails from San Fernando and currently lives in Pico Rivera. During his free time, Avalos would most likely be found working on his house or going fishing. He has met famous personalities like boxer Julio Cesar Chavez and Kobe Bryant. At Tangram, Avalos is excited about working hard and contributing positively to the team.

Meet Monique Chairez

Welcome Monique Chairez to Tangram's Fresno team as our new Sales Coordinator! With a rich background as an Account Manager at an office furniture dealer, Monique is excited to bring her expertise and innovative ideas to our team. Outside work, she enjoys family time, exploring Visalia’s Microbrewery District, and Marvel movies. We're thrilled to have her onboard!

Meet Kyle Mora

Kyle Mora has joined Tangram as a Sales Representative in the Santa Fe Springs TCT team. He was previously working as an Escrow Assistant in a title and escrow company. Hailing from San Jose, he recently moved to Huntington Beach. Outside work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his friends and recommends to visit Pacific City and Sancho's Tacos. A favorite memory of his is being accepted into his current job. While enjoying sweet snacks, he also follows the advice “If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything”. He is a fan of Los Angeles Chargers and looks forward to contribute to the Tangram team with his positive outlook.

Meet Michelle Miller

Michelle Miller has recently joined the Dallas team at Tangram as a Bid Response Specialist. Prior to this move, she was a member of the Bid Team at Empire Office, Creative Studio. Michelle looks forward to helping her new team win some bids. Beyond her professional life, she enjoys mountain biking, watching baseball and attending her local farmers market. She hails from DFW, where she currently lives. A fan of the Dallas Mavericks, Miller lives by the motto, "Progress over perfection". She anticipates bringing her own unique contribution to Tangram, helping the team make a significant impact.

Meet Joel Macias

Tangram has welcomed a new member to their Dallas team, Joel Macias, who will be taking on the role of an Installer. Prior to joining Tangram, Joel worked as an independent contractor in partnership with his brother. Born in Guanajuato, Mexico, Joel currently resides in Arlington, Texas. He is known for his hardworking nature and is admired as a funny and well‐liked individual amongst his peers. In his free time, he enjoys visiting casinos and dining at his favorite local eatery, 'On the Border'. Joel is enthusiastic about his new role and is committed to improving his installation skills.
