Andrea Cappelli Dang has joined Tangram as a Designer at the company's Newport Beach location. Andrea, who lives in Long Beach, previously worked at a residential design firm as a Junior Designer. She enjoys spending her free time gardening, attending local events in the summer, and walking her dog, Riley, to local Long Beach activities. Meet Fernando Guadiana

Fernando Guadiana has joined Tangram as a Project Manager in the TCT team, bringing a decade's worth of experience in the flooring and tile industry. Previously a Project Manager and Senior Estimator at a flooring and tile contractor company, Guadiana also has a personal interest in fitness activities and cooking. He is a fan of Game of Thrones spin-off, House of the Dragon, and has ambitions to meet Formula 1 champion, Max Verstappen. Guadiana is looking forward to working with his new team and hopes to contribute substantially towards Tangram's growth.
